While its possible to win with your creatures against decks short on removal or if you tweak the land base to play white for All That Glitters I dont think its worth worrying about

Mostly you are happy trading 1 for 1 Bile Blight 4/10 Echoing Decay effect on Last Gasp power level

She might pop up again whenever a new set with Sagas is released, but I wouldnt expect the world from her personally
