While the original base set of 1st edition Pokemon cards are fairly sought after, the Illustrator Pikachu card is on a whole other level

Ideally this makes Tracker a card you make behind the curve which in turn means you ideally don't want to think of him as a 3 drop but more of a psuedo CMC+1 drop like Aetherling or Glen Elandra Archamge

It represents the spirit of Galar, a region inspired by the United Kingdom, as seen in the Pokmon Sword and Shield games

One play pattern to note thats not obvious is that if you have a Raichu and plan on committing to the board without setting up the full lock, you want to commit your resources to your Active Pokmon
