You can play it as a traditional cascade deck, using the saboteur trigger to double your cascades

The 20-card hand size should be plenty, and attacking to get +1/+1 counters and draw cards is a solid game plan worth working around
Shrinking that down to a phone screen requires a little compromise, but its doable - and the core of games like MTG can be preserved
this could be the top-end of a white weenie deck that leverages the 0 for lethal, a piece of a midrange shell that generates tons of attackers, or a consistent source of counters or sacrifice fodder
Try and look at the card on its own without considering other cards and see it clearly as it is on its own merits, not as a reflection of other cards you have experience with (given how our brains work, far easier said than done)
