This Commander allows you to enjoy mind games, landfall value, and sneaky plays
When you cast a mana spell in your archetype more than your experience counter count you'll get one, and your spells you are built around cost that much fewer
Because of this, I see the deck constantly switching between tier 1 and 2, depending on how the meta develops and how decks are approaching the field
Building a terrible deck is just a part of playing EDH
Its abilities are unbounded, unlocking the potential for playing politics or making allies in a game when needed because you can target any player, any creature, or give all creatures haste and trample
Depending on who you ask, they can technically mean different things (blinking is end-of-turn return, flicker is instant return) but they're often used in the same way so I'm just going to be bouncing between the two here and there
