This Naya enchantment should be in a deck with a critical mass of creatures, where it lets you draw an extra card most turns, and if you dont see a creature on top, you can choose whether you want to draw that card or put it on the bottom
I wouldnt read too much into it, and it wont help you at a paper tournament or FNM , so approach it how you please
Use it to push a squishy basic into the active spot and farm an easy prize
