Jwari Disruption counters target spell unless its controller pays , but it can be used as a Land too, so its flexibility makes it a nice inclusion (given the fact that we needed more target removal options)

The intent was to swing with Abyssal Persecutor until they were at negative life, then hit it with a removal spell and win on the spot
