I believe the deck is a generally an all-around pretty decent concept that has a lot of potential in almost any Expanded format

Or I could play something similar to that deck, but with worse cards...but more life and a lotus petal

Cards like Eon Hub that skip a players upkeep also prevent cumulative upkeep from triggering

The important cards in this deck are the four-ofs, and I could see moving the fourth Dissipate to the sideboard along with the Elixir of Immortality
