Ephemerate is one of those cards, which can be either non-existing or almost dominate the format , so I currently see it in between being really good in 4c Elementals/Omnath and Esper Reanimator

Since you have to play the exiled cards this turn, playing this in the late game will ensure that you get full value out of it

The cards effect is great too they either get forced into giving you a card from their hand or a permanent on the battlefield
