All in all, I think this is one of those fun and unique cards that youll enjoy playing in casual Commander, but I doubt itll see too much play outside of that
Dealing with any nonland permanent on entry is excellent, especially since tucking it into a library gets you some Spirit tokens
However, Carnivine is unimpressive outside of its connection with Arceus and may become a liability after the first two or three rounds, as it has no way to scale its damage
