As for the effect of the card - casting 7 CMC worth of instants isn't hard, so this can often be a 1 mana 4/4 flier that pings two - and if you happen to be in a pillow fort deck that can grant deathtouch to your creatures, that works just fine
This is a bit of an edge case since they aren't proper cards and are not typically available in constructed play, but I think it's fun when things get weird so I OKed them (with the exception of Power Play, because it undermined the structure of the tournament)
