The main difference I noticed in our plays was that having a Location card in a players initial hand meant points were coming a little faster than normal, meaning shorter games (the score threshold is still 20 Lore)
Other sapphire cards like How Far Ill Go and Friend Like Me, are also excellent cards to put into a deck with Gramma Tala, Spirit of the Ocean - thanks to their abilities allowing players to put cards into their inkwell and thus gain yet more lore.

Kefka's Tower / Bolas's Citadel (FIC) $15 The only card listed here above $15 that wasn't originally on this list is the Kefka's Tower reskin of Bolas's Citadel, which is a testament to just how dangerous this card is in Commander (and even some Vintage Cubes thanks to Tinker!)
