You can quite easily end up casting big flashy spells for just (3) mana, which, when youre also exiling that spell so they cant get it back, makes for quite a tempo swing
But in my experience it's very hard indeed to beat a resolved Humility if you A) can't remove it, or B) are planeswalker light
