While Im optimistic about it now, I may run into more of the aforementioned problems

However, a Lightning Bolt that can only target creatures is still an incredible card that would see play in all kinds of decks, were it not for the spell requirement

Marrow-Gnawer's effect is the main way you'll be building up a board presence quickly, so ways to re-use it multiple times a turn are key
