This card gives you very strong creatures just for playing your lands, and it makes it easier to get land drops from your graveyard
This might some counterintuitive at first glance since your opponents will hopefully be sending all their deceased friends to your battlefield as Treasure instead of to their own graveyard, but whats nice here is you can sacrifice all your petrified critters to pay Rises considerable mana cost, then bring them back under your control, generating ETB triggers all over again while giving you an army to swing with next turn
This appears in the middle of the card on the left for Pokmon cards, on the top right for Energy cards, and in the bottom left for Pokmon Trainer cards
But it wasnt always this way
