My cube has some other design guidelines that might pollute the purity of my experience and notable among those are - Artificial powerlevel/balance, because not all tribes are created equal so I am very wary of just putting in some of the most powerful cards in tribes
For example, if an effect has given a 5/5 creature -7/-0 so that its a -2/5 creature, doubling its power makes it a -4/5 creature
Even if I think this 4-mana sorcery speed spell isnt great, I cant let it go, and I feel it should be at least mentioned here
Aristocrats Aristocrats decks sacrifice their own Creatures for value, drain opponents, draw cards, make tokens, and generally turn death into value
Similarly, Kellan, Planar Trailblazer also allows you to play more cards when it deals damage to players, though it requires a bit more investment to achieve this
How you handle it from pack to slab determines whether you get a PSA 10 or settle for a 9
