He doesn't have as much synergy as other cards based on Stitch, but he's a solid option for any Ruby deck if you're looking for some higher-cost cards that can help fill up your deck
Despite Wizards being picked for the Pokmon TCG because of its success with MTG, I'd never really considered both products going through the same printing process, so to see them combined in such a bizarre way is an awesome bit of history for both games.
