In order to play any of these (and there are some worth playing), you'll really want to be able to wrap your arms around the spell-side
(Then shuffle this card into its owner's library.) If the target creature's power becomes greater than 3 before Petty Revenge resolves, the target is illegal and the spell is put into its owner's graveyard

I remember some major Pro Tour players playing in the Vintage championships and calling it the most powerful card in the format, as it is hard to answer prior to someone filling their graveyard with the goodies and fuel to begin the dredge machine
The six Ink colors each have their own strengths and weaknesses, so a lot of the strategy in Lorcana happens before you even play the game
