This definitely feels more like the kind of Starter Deck you could use as a skeleton for a competitive deck

Getting another card that doubles them on a card that can easily slot into any deck featuring blue only adds to the archetype

Obviously, only being able to activate at Sorcery speed means you cant wait until an opponents end step to bounce every other Creature, which is a large downside
