Its not clear why this card was targeted (or why now), but it may have been related to the Marnies Morpeko promo card that was released with the Marnie Rival Battle Deck back on May 16, which is also numbered 206 and briefly reached just under $50 in early September

It appears to be almost designed with watercolors that help it feel more aged

I liked Earthquake as an alternative to Storm's Wrath because this deck runs mostly creatures with flying
