This deck aims to steal everything that isn't nailed down , whether that's coming directly from your opponent's library (Dream-Thief's Bandana), cards that are already in play (Hostage Taker), or cards in your opponent's graveyard (Diluvian Primordial, Arcane Heist)
I think this card is pretty pathetic overall for an elder dragon, but being able to steal an even larger creature or planeswalker gives it some weight
If more than one player discards a card with madness simultaneously, the player whose turn it is puts his or her madness abilities onto the stack first, then each other player does the same in turn order
If you jump through too many hoops and spend too much time and mana putting a creature that gets answered onto the battlefield, then its pretty obvious that you would have been better off just casting spells that impact the battlefield from your hand
But she isn't close to my #1
Making sure to include some lands that you can tap for any color will give you more chances and more options
