This is on a lot of Pokmon, including one of the most-used Tynamo, so its not something most Lightning decks require

Competitive cards like Akainu (OP16-065) grade well only when also collectible

They provide very little protection and are more likely to get damaged or be lost during transit

Nonetheless, some of the playtest cards like the Shivan Dragon graded by CGC are apparently much more valuable than their regular Alpha counterpart - so were perhaps close to the playtest cards being more noticed (although I do not really care)
