Evolve Pokmon by playing a Stage 1 Pokmon onto a matching Basic Pokmon or a Stage 2 Pokmon onto a Stage 1 Pokmon (cannot evolve a Pokmon on the same turn it was played)
This has been well documented in later builds from 1996 through the 2000s
For example, Red Luffy/Red Zoro/Red Whitebeard cannot be used with 3 red colors, but Red Luffy/Red Green Luffy/Red Black Garp can be used with 1 red, 1 red green, and 1 red black
Whenever a creature with a bounty counter on it dies, put two +1/+1 counters on Shay Cormac
