Its the most played wrath alongside Toxic Deluge and Cyclonic Rift, and for good reason it generally costs a negligible amount of mana and can mostly wipe the board of creatures every time
I will concede that having it on a planeswalker isn't great as they become a target for everyone to attack into but I still think it's an upgrade as it gives you flexibility

This market arose from two different facets: players seeking specific cards to help complete or enhance their existing decks and thus were less concerned on the value of the cards themselves
This could be particularly useful with Honden of Seeing Winds since its ability is mandatory and decking out could be a very real possibility at some point
