Morph first appeared in the Onslaught block (2002-2003) as a way to try and get Illusionary Mask and Camouflage to work better within Magics rules
At first glance, it seems obvious: grading Pokmon cards increases value, so why not do it
The idea didn't work so well on a green creature (we didn't even let the audience vote on it) but Ramp;D really liked the concept
So, in most decks this card advantage and the loss of your third turn when your opponent is generally going to be playing something strong (such as Goblin Rabblemaster, Brimaz, King of Oreskos, Anafenza, the Foremost, or ramping into Siege Rhino) is going to be too much of an investment for such a small benefit
Compare the card against a known authentic one: real cards have a visible blue core layer on the cut edge, consistent fonts, accurate colors on the back, and holo patterns confined to the correct areas
