Grixis reanimator is the name of the game here, and all told, shes a fine-if-uninteresting Commander for a pirates version of classic Reanimator
People wanting to talk about that ability tend to use the card name as a shorthand for the effect as it's the most obvious thing that connects to it
However, thats changed a lot over the last year, when there has been a huge surge of energy cards, especially in Commander
There's a lot of stuff going on with Vraska, Betrayal's String that makes it worth the steeper price point, such as the aforementioned Poison Counters, the Proliferate effect, and even the ability to neutralize threats by turning them into treasure artifacts with its most costly attack, this card can end the game with its Poison Counters alone
For better or worse, this has the potential to be a game-changer as the Adventures can theoretically provide some amazing late-game value
For just two mana, its one of Blues best removal spells, and is a great way to illustrate my point
