I've spent a lot of time studying the card to figure out what makes it tick and here's the best I've come up with so far

"Seek" allows players to "grab a random card from [their] deck that matches specific criteria," while "Conjure" creates a card out of "thin air" that acts just like a normal card in Magic: The Gathering Arena
