Because the ability to buy individual cards is so helpful, you should only ever spend these when building a specific deck

I generally recommend this for Dragon decks or decks that can take advantage of the additional artifacts (like Daretti, Scrap Savant), though it would fit nicely into most red decks as another angle of attack

In some decks thisll be better than a Blackblade Reforged for sure
