Angel has proven to be an exceptionally powerful card, and its popularity is certainly one of the contributing factors in the rise of blue decks since its much easier to stop it from entering the battlefield than it is to deal with it once it hits

Its also a great substitute for Temporary Lockdown now that its rotating out of Standard

But I'd definitely advise against this one if value is your main reason for getting one of these decks, but its a fine deck with a fun strategy overall
