Niv-Mizzet, Supreme Niv-Mizzet, Supreme doesnt actually have jump-start itself, but it is a way to give it to other cards

I just think its hard for any character whos been around for 30 years to live up to the hype when theyre finally printed (though one artificer on this list managed to do that)
