Unstoppable Plan One of the struggles of playing decks that include blue is that you want to be able to advance your gameplan on your turn while also being able to keep things untapped in order to play at instant speed as needed during your opponents turns
The tradeoff for ramping this way when compared to mono green mana ramp is that your ramp usually comes from the opportunity to play extra lands in your hand or that you draw rather than searching your deck for them
The story goes that some Raichu cards were accidentally mixed in with Clefable at the printing factory and were supposed to be destroyed, but some Wizards of the Coast employees pocketed a few of them (one account says 11 copies were saved from the factory, though the exact number isn't known)
They are Titans with an ETB and attack trigger on an on curve stuff and then they are enchantments for that added synergy and can be cast as just those early of impending and then once the counters are off it arrives as the dork
Defiant Thundermaw, the reverse side of this card, is where the real value is
This card is part of the Reserved List, making it inaccessible for a lot of players, though
