Value Factors: Holo cards from the original base set or cards featuring iconic Pokmon like Charizard, Blastoise, or Pikachu can be extremely valuable, especially if they are in mint condition
Most modal spells have some form of removal, card draw, card selection, or token generation attached to them, and you'll find that you often have something you do in any given situation
As a card, I think Rattata has a lot of playability
