Theres support in a favorite MTG release, like pirates or dinosaurs in Ixalan , or theres a Standard deck that we enjoy, like Izzet Wizards or Azorius Soldiers, and we find a way to keep playing those favorite cards, usually by buying the right singles to give our buddies their own buddies, and off we go
And promos in general for other languages is a pain to find out tbh
