I see it as late-game very useful and dead in the hand early game, and that's where cycling comes in
However, because pretty much everyone agrees that the Reserved List is a bad thing for the game of Magic and would prefer it disappear yet nothing has changed, there isn't much of a reason to rehash the problems with the list or spend a bunch of time calling for it to end
The reason why I love playing with Griselbrand is the card draw power

Titania, Voice of Gaea heals you every time one or more lands enter your graveyard from anywhere
The good news is that, because Fallout has a strong identity in terms of setting and theme, this doesnt stop the decks from feeling well-designed and mechanically clever
