Unless someone in your playgroup is going out of their way to be a problem with a Celestial Kirin deck, this isnt a card you should consider for most builds
Give it double-strike for extra ways to burn through your deck, before dropping a Thassa's Oracle or Laboratory Maniac to close out the game
