This can come back pretty cheaply, and Black/Red (which likes spells) and Black/Green (which likes the graveyard) can probably take advantage of it

The way each new card empowers all existing cards is great for smoothing out draws in a 99 card singleton list, but can make it hard to balance in Constructed formats, especially Standard
The $400 price would be the lowest price that an ungraded, medium-condition Gamma card would sell for and even that is probably a titch too low
