Whats interesting about this card is the fact that although an English-only promotional reprint of it was later released as part of the Kommo-o-GX box, that promotional version which was one of the SM Black Star Promos didnt match the value or general desirability of this card
It turns out people will indeed pay heroic amounts for shiny paperboard
If all you want is a new case then yes the reholder service is the best option
