Invasion of Kaladesh C-Tier: Two mana to make a 1/1 Thopter is about one mana too much, and while the backside is a potentially powerful Vehicle, you really need to be a heavy artifact deck to take advantage of it
Its a key card in land-based combo strategies, and a nice card to build around in Cube as well
The maximized version of Scout for Survivors that brings back three 1-drops is ridiculous, but it should be sufficient to fire this off on a single 2-drop or 3-drop, too
And it works on any form of leaving the battlefield, so you can bounce or exile or even shuffle it into your library, so it works with effects as diverse as Terminus, Fleetfoot Panther, and effects like Goblin Bombardment and Crystal Shard
Tome Scour will give you six cards in the graveyard after turn one, so if you were lucky enough to flip Stinkweed Imp or Golgari Thug and unlucky enough to not get a lot of payoff cards, theres a chance for escaping Ox of Agonas on turn two
