This is one of those combat tricks that gets better in infect decks because you can not only protect your threat but outright kill an opponent using it
Deaths Shadow is currently the only deck playing Dress Down in the starting 60, but with so many beneficial interactions in the format, some other decks have already started playing the card in the sideboard as well, and I expect the card to continue seeing play

Reducing the cost of each zombie you cast by one mana as well as providing each zombie you control with +2/+1 rather than the usual +1/+1 that most "lords" tend to provide, you'd be hard pressed to find a zombie tribal Commander deck that doesn't want an Undead Warchief in its ranks
Considering that there is a relatively small number of cards available in the game at present, particularly in comparison to the original, it is little surprise that there are similarly few strong combinations of Pokmon TCG Pocket cards
