Unfortunately, I don't think there is a place for this card
You'll be laughing if you can find a way to get multiple different activated and triggered abilities onto the stack, though
You still need to pay mana equal to the mana cost of whatever you tutor out from your library, but having that as a static ability is what makes Fiend Artisan so good
Savvy players of a deck known as "The Deck" used to throw in a couple of copies of this card-advantage artifact remover in order to, well, gain card advantage, while improving their board positions
