Chaos Warp In all honesty, Chaos Warp should be a bit lower in this list if we look only at cold, hard efficiency but Magic is a game, after all (even if we forget about that fact sometimes!), and as one of the best Polymorph effects in MTG Chaos Warp can be hilarious
