Its second ability wont matter most of the time, but its already good enough as an annoying, cheap creature

Creatively, each summon was selected to represent a specific version of that character, but its card's mechanics are ideally wide enough to capture the essence of the summon across many games

This honestly looks quite strong, assuming you can get some triggers out of it

Exiling a permanent and turning into an indestructible god that distributes counters and draws more cards is well, ridiculous
