The two best decks in the format right now, Deaths Shadow and Hammer Time, both play Thoughtseize, with it also being one of the most important cards in the formers deck

And though the deck wants you to be aggressive with lots of Challenging, it never felt like I had the power to come out on the other side with a better board state than my opponent

All other costs are ignored

There are many scenarios where a creature enchanted by Pretenders Claim will either A) be blocked and have the tapping lands ability not matter, B) just be outright killed, or C) connect because the opponent wasnt going to block anyhow

Of course, she comes in exerted, but thats totally okay since she only costs two ink to play
