A three mana that makes a 1/1 is already a great rate, so the fact that this can save up oil counters and use them to draw cards is pretty amazing

I won't go deep into each one, but they all have some form of cycling which can be a boon if drawn later in the game when you don't need them, or, of course, for cycling strategies (toss in a Fluctuator and burn through your whole deck.) Some produce colorless or single-color mana

Because I have such a clear pick order, I am able to identify this card as going later than I believe it should and therefore take it as information that BG is what I should be drafting
