In the right build, I think this card could do some serious work

However, if a Lion Umbra you control is attached to a creature you don't control and that creature has no Auras controlled by that creature's controller attached to it, no Equipment attached to it, and no counters on it, Lion Umbra will be put into its owner's graveyard due to being attached to an illegal object the next time state-based actions are performed

You choose both targets for this spell as you cast it, but you choose which creatures and/or Vehicles to put counters on as it resolves

Sadly, the Offspring mechanic doesnt appear to help here, since those enter play, and arent cast

It can shut down any of your opponents spells that let them take bonus turns, locking them out of any sort of combo shenanigans they might have up their sleeves
