"Prime Photon Dragon" can destroy it by battle with a massive ATK boost, and "Tachyon Dragon" will negate all ATK boosts (but not the other "ZW -" effects).

Its also one of the reasons why I think that some kind of Lightning archetype has huge potential: I think that hitting Palkia VSTAR for Weakness with the Item-locking Vikavolt V or Iron Hands exs Amp You Very Much could be a way to beat this powerful archetype

The supervillain side is more flashy, effectively providing a ton of extra cards and letting you cheat on their costs, but if you have other cards out that gel well with connive like Iron Monger, it's possible you might choose to play Norman first, anyhow
