While Waterfall of Dragon Souls has seen scattered use in the Demise builds of True Draco since Zoodiac format, it has been decidedly less common in the September 2017 Forbidden List format

Despite this foolish bias these are fine ramp cards

Then again, if the packs are a bit crap but also insanely easy to obtain, those problems sort of cancel each other out

These test decks allow you to see very quickly which your best support cards are and what the best interactions with other cards are

I cannot wait to see the Pokmon TCG return to glossy sleeves that don't fog the artwork, so that is something I'll keep an eye out for in future sets
