For a while Phelddagrif seemed like a card that was a tiny bit out of reach
It was one of Standards best cards throughout its run in the format, got nerfed for Alchemy, and even inspired a combo deck based around repeatedly targeting it with spells
Ignore any alternative costs, additional costs, cost increases, or cost reductions
Forge and Lattice do see a lot of play together in Commander, though I'd venture to say that it is a little easier to make Plague Wind-esque combos work with the latter, since it's cheaper and it boasts a two-card combo with Vandalblast
Cheaper than similar cards like Plea for Guidance that grabs two enchantments
The ideal amount of all-in-ness remains to be seen, as there is a lot of room between the older non-combo builds of Phoenix and the four-Ascension, three-Noxious Revival version that Oliver and Roshen Eapen took to the Mythic Championship
