Its a fine card, but it wont beat out things like Esper Senintel unless you are attacking a bunch anyway, which in this deck you probably are

Take a look: Just looking at the older cards, I can see the difference in the border size when compared to newer ones

This allows for lots of strategic combinations by not requiring Alakazam to be Active to be played

We could imagine Jetfire, Ingenious Scientist being useful in an Adapt deck that plays around with +1/+1 counters, but your Creatures would have to be Artifacts as well since Jetfires ability does not apply to non-Artifact Creatures

Well, lets just say that Mind Twist would likely be the more popular choice, assuming you could only pick one
