In addition to being basically a Fusion-Equip-Spell Card, the card also has a die roll effect where when the Monster it's equipped to battles another, you roll a 6-sided die and your opponent's Monster will be banished for that many of your opponent's turns until the first Standby Phase after the last turn of the effect
This is because it's searchable with "Spellbook Of Secrets" and "Crowley, the First Propheseer." It does require you to send a Spellcaster Monster from your Hand or Field to the Graveyard to get the draw effect, but that cost is nothing as the "Spellbook" engine is great for Deck thinning to get to your combo starters
Keep in mind that pack points are accumulated separately by expansion, so open booster packs from Triumphant Light (A2a) to get pack points for Unown
