I think the combination of Goblin typing, making its own tokens to trigger itself, and the fact its kinda splashable in off-type decks too really made it a standout add for the year
For only four mana, the same cost as Parallel Lives, youll get twice as many tokens from any spell in your deck, allowing you to quickly build up a board thats as wide as it is deadly

What takes equipment decks from taking one or two players out to winning a game isnt the strength of the cards, but how much mana they can successfully cheat
